A seasoned instructional design consultant, Marilyn’s professional experience includes leading the design and development of a wide range of learning solutions for multi-level audiences. Her work spans many industries, and ranges from transformational programs to create a supportive and inclusive work environment for a diverse workforce to integrated curricula for high-potential leaders. Marilyn uses a variety of innovative learning methods, including approaches to align the organization, generate engagement and commitment, and reinforce and sustain learning. She is driven by a keen interest in helping others maximize their potential, and has built a strong reputation solely through word-of-mouth.

Marilyn participates in various learning events including EnVision’s Envisioning Our Future days, and serves on the board at Boston Facilitators Roundtable. She received an Ed. M. from Harvard University and a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire. Marilyn is energized by working collaboratively with others. She enjoys sailing, hiking, gardening, and cooking for family and friends.
