Paula Spizziri

Paula Spizziri has been in the learning field for over 20 years. She has a passion for using her creativity and unique perspective to solve problems and improve the employee and client experiences.

Paula has expertise and experience in all phases of instructional design, from analysis through measurement. She’s applied these skills to industries ranging from healthcare to finance to technology. Paula believes that the best solutions consider all the factors affecting performance and require learners to apply the skills and knowledge they will need on the job. She strives to challenge her own and others’ thinking to come up with new ways of looking at and doing things.

In addition to her instructional design experience, Paula is a certified expert in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)™ and has worked with leaders in the field, including co-facilitation of a preconference workshop at the 2013 Association for Psychological Type conference.

She is past co-president and Programming VP of the Boston chapter.
Paula earned a B.S. in Psychology from Tufts University and an M.Ed. in Human Resource Education from Boston University.

In her spare time, Paula enjoys skiing, running (slowly), gardening, and practicing yoga. She also studies Jungian psychology – yes, for fun! In addition, she is an active member-volunteer and former board member of Malden Access television.
