Alison McIsaac, instructional design and organizational development consultant, has worked in the field for over twenty-five years. Her primary focus is on designing performance solutions for individuals and organizations and she brings array of experience including performance consulting, project management, instructional design, elearning development, and human resources leadership.

Alison’s extensive background designing classroom training, elearning, webinars, and performance support tools include an award-winning design in collaboration with one of EnVision’s clients. In addition to her experience providing EnVision’s course audit and BRIDGE^® Solution services, Alison has expertise in test writing and incorporating new and creative approaches in her work.

Alison holds a MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a Certificate in eLearning Development from the University of Washington.

In her free time, Alison enjoys cheering for her girls at all their sports games.
