Irene Stern Frielich

As the Owner and President of EnVision Performance Solutions, Irene Stern Frielich’s expertise includes multiple aspects of the learning and development field. A creative problem solver, Irene has provided clients with customized solutions for 25 years.

Irene’s breadth of experience includes managing training projects, designing curriculum and instructional materials for both learners and instructors, and delivering live and virtual training classes. Irene and her team have developed instructor-led and elearning courses on a wide array of topics including presentation and facilitation skills, train-the-trainer, performance and talent management, finance basics, operations, compliance, lab and workplace safety, and computer applications.

EnVision has been repeatedly recognized for thorough project management, conceptual focus and analytical capabilities, earning “best in class” on project evaluations. They have won a number of awards for instructional design excellence.

Since 1998, Irene has applied her extensive experience in project management and instructional design to help dozens of EnVision clients including American Red Cross, Boston Scientific, Boston University School of Public Health, Gillette, Harvard University, MAPFRE, Massachusetts General Hospital, Massachusetts Library System, Medtronic, Northeastern University, Pacific Western Bank, Sanofi/Genzyme, State Street Bank, Sullivan Tire, and Takeda. Prior to founding EnVision, Irene developed and delivered training courses for employees in the banking sector.

Irene holds an MBA from Babson College and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Brandeis University,

Irene is a snowshoeing, kayaking, and cycling enthusiast, which keeps her happy throughout the year. She released her memoir, Shattered Stars, Healing Hearts: Unraveling My Father’s Holocaust Survival Story in October 2023. The book is available on Amazon and at Barnes & Noble.
