Laura Carty is an accomplished instructional designer and project manager with over twenty years of experience in the learning and development field. Laura enjoys getting to know each client and discovering their unique learning needs and goals. She has a passion for designing relevant and engaging learning experiences across a variety of industries.
Laura has produced a wide spectrum of training materials including elearning, classroom learning (instructor-led and virtual), games, procedural documentation, video, and performance support tools. She is credited with her ability to develop creative learning solutions to meet both technical and non-technical business needs and to work efficiently to meet aggressive timelines. Clients enjoy working with Laura as part of their extended team throughout the project lifecycle.
Laura earned her Master’s degree in Training and Development from Lesley University and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
For fun, Laura enjoys playing volleyball and acting in local community theater.
