In the field for over 25 years, Virginia Maglio takes pleasure in being a business partner with clients in the learning and development process. From assessing needs to evaluating programs, she values being able to experience the role learning and development plays in the overall strategy of an organization, and the success of a program in contributing to individual goals and overall organizational strategy.
Virginia’s focus areas are leadership and professional skills development programs. She has created and facilitated a variety of programs to meet individual needs of learners. Her engaging and interactive style provides a positive learning experience at every level of an organization. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)™ and uses it to help organizations build effective teams and she has significant experience with EnVision’s Course Audit and BRIDGE Solution® services. Virginia received her virtual training certification from Training Magazine’s training live+online Online Certificate Courses and creates both onsite and virtual programs for her clients.
A member of Association for Talent Development (ATD), Virginia makes frequent use of the access to an array of meetings and resources they provide. Virginia received a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Bridgewater State University, and a Master’s Degree in Training & Development from Lesley University.
