A seasoned instructional design consultant, Marilyn’s professional experience includes leading the design and development of a wide range of learning solutions for multi-level audiences. Her work spans many industries, and ranges from transformational programs to create a supportive and inclusive work environment for a diverse workforce to integrated curricula for high-potential leaders. Marilyn uses a variety of innovative learning methods, including approaches to align the organization, generate engagement and commitment, and reinforce and sustain learning. She is driven by a keen interest in helping others maximize their potential, and has built a strong reputation solely through word-of-mouth.

She has a passion for building relevant learning solutions, including virtual classroom, that produce optimum measurable results, whether in large-scale change initiatives, team effectiveness, consulting and coaching, or individual leadership and professional skills development. She has recently developed tools for designers to streamline the process of creating customized learning solutions for corporate clients. Marilyn participates in various learning events including EnVision’s Envisioning Our Future days, and has served on the board at Boston Facilitators Roundtable. She received an Ed. M. from Harvard University and a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire. Marilyn is energized by working collaboratively with others. She enjoys sailing, hiking, gardening, and cooking for family and friends.
