Marilyn uses a variety of innovative learning methods, including approaches to align the organization, generate engagement and commitment, and reinforce and sustain learning. She is driven by a keen interest in helping others maximize their potential, and has built a strong reputation solely through word-of-mouth.

Marilyn participates in various learning events including EnVision’s Envisioning Our Future days, and has served on the board at Boston Facilitators Roundtable. She received an Ed. M. from Harvard University and a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire. Marilyn is energized by working collaboratively with others.
