Rachel has built a global Learning and Development function from scratch, defining the strategy, building a global team, defining success metrics, building curriculum and leveraging learning technologies to support solutions.
As a consultant, Rachel builds key relationships and partnerships and brings the business knowledge and passion that elevates awareness of developing and building talent as an integral component of business growth and success. Rachel also keeps herself busy raising her two boys with her husband and in her free time competes in Crossfit.
